Here's our sample menu:

Rice Bowl - choice of longanisa, tocino, or eggplant with cucumber salad, atchara, sasawan

Fried Chicken & Waffles - fried sweet and sour tamarind chicken thigh, ube waffle, hot honey

Longanisa Sandwich - focaccia bun, longanisa patty, hash brown, atchara, banana ketchup, served with tamarind chips
