We will start with breathwork to help calm the nervous system and prepare the body for the experience. Amber will apply acupuncture needles as you lie on your yoga mat. She will need access to your face, hand, and foot.

While you settle, Parisa will play healing instruments to guide you into a meditative state. This includes crystal bowls, Tibetan metal bowls, gongs, drums, shakers, chimes & more. We will close with tips on how to care for yourself post-treatment.
