From my own personal healing & self exploration journey over the last 6+ years; I’ve learned that creating a conscious connection & continuously cultivating a deeper more FELT relationship with my inner little one of any/all ages between only benefits every aspect of my life; yet alone how I am able to truly move through life with a deeper sense of safety, understanding of self, compassion & holding of all the parts that make me; ME!
