Imagine a life where you get to face challenges with inner calm and resilience. A regulated nervous system is the key and even better than that, it feels like freedom!
In this workshop you will learn a specialised approach designed to rapidly help people reframe limiting beliefs, values, habits and emotions, many of which have been carried since childhood or buried in the subconscious. People can often be unaware of how these issues are affecting them but when they shift, miracles can happen.
The skills you learn will give you foundational techniques to end negative self-talk - all while increasing your psychological flexibility.
Wear comfortable clothes and simply bring with you a goal you have for yourself and your curiosity. This is not talk therapy and we don’t need to root out your traumas to experience powerful, life-changing shifts. ;) We will focus on the sensations in the body using gentle movement/ breathing/focussing exercises.
Kayte Vogelsang is a coach specialising in NeuroSomatic Balancing and Subconscious Belief work. Born and raised in Milwaukee, she has lived /travelled all around the world and spent many years as a producer and writer but after a series of big life changes left her reeling she experienced the power of this modality and is now deeply committed to doing this work. She brings all of her experience, knowledge and passion to helping people grow, learn and most of all feel as free as they possibly can.
