In this supportive space, we’ll experience the grounding force of ceremonial cacao alongside practices designed to help you access, express, and transform your sacred rage into a source of strength, clarity, and connection.

What to Expect:

We’ll begin by coming together in circle to set the tone. During this time, each participant is invited to share what brought them here and reflect on questions such as: What does sacred rage mean to you? How does anger show up in your body and life? This is a space for open sharing without judgment, advice, or “fixing”—simply the freedom to voice your truth.
