Self Love Workshop: To See & Be Seen with Sara Lynn

In order for us to truly touch the fullness of love that I believe we all yearn/are here to experience; we first need to anchor this into our own beings. This begins & initiates us into an ongoing journey of UNCONDITIONAL SELF LOVE; one i've personally been consciously exploring, deepening & serving now on my spiritual, healing & self development path for the past 6+ yrs now.

In Self Love: To See & Be Seen workshop I will take us through a series of guided ritual, movement & connective exercises to explore our inner workings; to truly see the love in our own selves and witness it through and with one another in the space.
